You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to disrupt or compromise the platform or other users.
• Do not copy, redistribute, or resell content without permission.
• Use your plan and access only as permitted by that plan.

Content and ownership

Tests, notes, explanations and other study content on Outlawed are created or curated by Outlawed (some with AI assistance) unless stated otherwise. We retain our rights in that content. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial exam preparation.

Previous-year papers and third-party material are used for educational reference. Names, logos and trademarks of third parties (including exam bodies and universities) belong to their respective owners, and their use here does not imply endorsement.

AI-generated content (for example from Lexia) can contain errors. Please verify anything important against official sources.

Plans and payments

Paid plans are one-time purchases for a fixed period and do not auto-renew. Payments are processed by our payment provider.

Refund requests are handled as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Limitation of liability

Outlawed is provided "as is". We do not guarantee any exam result or rank. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time, and you can delete your account from Settings.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
